Silver Circle Star De’Lon Grant Joins Cast of ‘Jersey Boys’

February 1st, 2013

Silver Circle has been blessed to have such a talented cast to help bring the film to life. Fans will soon come to know the protagonist Jay Nelson. Thanks in large part to De’Lon Grant’s passionate performance, viewers are free to suspend disbelief in a buffet of action, adventure, and romance as Zoe’s rebel faction struggles against the inflationary and tyrannical policies of an out-of-control Federal Reserve.

On a related note, the Silver Circle crew would like to congratulate De’Lon Grant for joining the cast of the second national tour of Jersey Boys. This Tony Award winning jukebox-style musical features hit songs from The Four Seasons in a documentary format. Also, for fans in select markets, this means you might have a chance to appreciate DeLon’s talents live!

The Story So Far

De’Lon Grant’s resume grows more impressive with each passing day. He earned a Master’s degree in Musical Theatre from the Boston Conservatory and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Michigan. In addition to playing Jay Nelson in Silver Circle, Grant recently performed in an on-stage interpretation of Ralph Ellison’s Invisible Man which ran at The Huntington Theater Company in Boston and The Studio Theater in Washington DC.

De’Lon is no stranger to the big screen, having appeared as Wally in the 2006 film The Spiral Project. He also had a role in the 2009 Bruce Willis movie Surrogates. Back on stage in 2011, he co-founded a pop and musical theater mash-up based out of Boston called The Cabaret Series. He also blogs on film and TV subjects at De’Blog ON FILM.
