Movie Mondays | You Won't Remember These
December 27th, 2010Since we will be celebrating all week the accomplishments and milestones made through 2010 with Silver Circle as well as the rest of the film & comic world, why not give one last unappeased glance at some films that won’t do as much as raise an eyebrow in years to come.
To be honest, when I first read this post at Cinema Blend, I only recognized one of the titles. I’m usually one to root for the underdog, but in this case we need all the memory space we can get for 2011 and our own Silver Circle release, so let’s honor one last time the films that “We’re Most Likely to Forget” within 10 years and let them move on to the deep depths of nowhere.
- Green Zone – It has Matt Damon, how on earth could you forget a movie Matt Damon is in?!?!?!?
- Repo Men – Raked in 20 million dollars, but according to reviews, just plain sucked!
- Book of Eli – Starred the great Denzel in a stranger role…guess too strange.
- Killers – Katherine Heigl…(wait who is she again) stars with Asthon Kutcher and brings a romantic comedy into the pits.
- From Paris with Love – John Travolta goes bald and bankrupts the box office.
You can’t win them all, no not even Denzel Washington. I’m sure the list goes on. What movie do you think everyone will forget about in 10 years? We’ll talk about most memorable next week!
